Generative Art
Procedurally generated patterns: noise fields, cellular automata, recursive fractals and random walks.
Tech: Canvas, noise, fractal
- Perlin Flow Field — There is a "wind direction" at every point in the picture, determined by smooth noise.
- Julia Set — Julia Episode: Every point repeats z = z² + c,Count how many steps it takes to run away, and by the colours.
- Mandelbrot Set — To every point c,From; through; via z = 0 Start doing it again and again z ← z² + c,Plans are underway.
- Game of Life — Life game: each grid looks around 8 A neighbor. Live neighbor 2~3 Just live. That's it 3 One is born.
- Voronoi Diagram — Several "seeds" were scattered, each location on the image belonged to the nearest seed, and the plane was divided into blocks.
- Recursive Tree — Draw a branch, then draw a shorter branch around the end, and repeat the same thing for Comparison.
- Sierpinski Triangle — Connect a triangle to the middle of the three sides. Dig the middle one 3 Small triangles; repeat each.
- Circle Packing — Select a random dot to calculate how far it is from the nearest circle and frame, where it is placed in a circle that happens to be non-overlapping; repeat it many times, with the big dot first, with the small dome filled.
- Noise Terrain — The smooth noise is used as an "alt", a line of cross-sampling lines, and the line is on, Close to the bottom, with pure colours covering the lines behind them, they form back and forth
- Random Walk — Every swimmer picks at random Comoros, Down, Left, One step right, like a drunk walking.
- L-System — Start with the string "F" and replace each F with a series of longer commands, repeated several times; then let the Sea Turtle paint: F Forward Line
- Wave Interference — Each wave source sends a circle of circular waves.
- Dye Diffusion — Two "Chemicals" A and B spread and react in cells (A + 2B → 3B), A is constantly being added and B is being removed.
- Mosaic Noise — Cut the image into square bricks, take the noise value of each brick from the centre, and round it to the "chromatic steps" rounded to the nearest colours.
- Polar Flower — Use angle θ + Radius r」Come and draw.
- Triangulation — Puts a vertebrae on the grid and allows each vertebrae to shake with the noise; each square cuts into two triangles along the diagonal line.
- Square Subdivision — Cuts a rectangle along the long edge into two pieces and repeats each of them until they reach depth or decide to stop at random.
- Contour Lines — Use the noise value as the height on the map 1/n、2/n… It's like a line on a map.
- Ink Drop — A drop of ink in water spreads out, and the radius is growing slowly ∝ √Time) , one circle of colour, with the edge dimmed by the current.
- Fiber-optic Strands — A line of fibers spreads from the bottom to the same point, each with a double Bézier curve, and the control point moves with the wind and is attracted by the pointer.
- Pixel Sorting — A line-by-line scan of a picture that rearranges a series of pixels with a brightness above the threshold from the dark to the brightness will have the effect of being "Raz."
- Cell Growth — Each cell grows up in two, two subcells are separated in a random direction, each in half size (radi Ratified) ÷ √2)。
- Gravity Lines — A horizontal line, like a time grid; on the image 2 The "mass" of a circular motion plus the pointer, each of which pulls itself closer to the point in the vicinity…
- Spiral Sampling — I don't think so i Point in radius √i、Angle i × Spread out Location.
